Spoke to Nanny this morning. They are giving him meds for the hiccups, he wanted to get up, she is heading back over to The Waters around now.
I also said hi to Poppa and he to me last night. It has been a month since we talked on the phone. It sounded good to hear his voice.
Just got off the phone with Nanny (Friday Evening- 8:40pm). The meds for the hiccups worked. He had a good day. He told her he wants to go home.
Tonight his sugar went up but after he got some insulin it came back down. Nanny is staying over night again.
Have a good night Kirstin (and everyone else who reads this.)
A month ago today Poppa fell. When we think of him being 80, that he came through brain surgery, and is out of the hospital now it is amazing!
We pray for his continued recovery, strength for Nanny hardly left his side in the past 48 hours, and praise and thanks to God for all who read this blog and many others beyond that who are praying.
I spoke to Aunt Dot in North Carolina last night and Aunt Vivian in Florida. They are praying for us.
