It seems that every day the news gets better and better. Well, right now he's in surgery and
I know that sounds bad, but it's nothing serious. He's just getting the feeding tube put into his stomach. Next week though he's moving into a nursing home. He's even talking too. Today, Nana told him they were going over to the cafeteria and he asked what they're having. He said his last name, and they asked him where he was and he didn't know. Then she asked him if he loved her, and he said yes and she asked how much and he said too much. He also got excited when he heard we were coming. Well, more updates later.

The Singing Family Tradition

Just got back with Nana and Aunt Lucy from the hospital. Poppa is resting well and seems comfortable. It sounded good to hear him snore loudly! I guess he will keep the nurses awake tonight!
They plan on giving him food in the feeding tube tomorrow morning at 8am.
We praise the LORD for this week which we were told was going to end
up differently than it has.
God is in control. He and He alone knows the numbers of our days. His ways are beyond our finding out. We never know what He is going to do. He is wonderful.
Love,
Uncle Larry
You have a beautiful and wonderful family. This message board you have created is amazing. I work with your dad and everyone here at work and our families are praying for yours!!
The Millar Family
I just wanted to let you all know that the Dean Family (Dale, Toni. Alex and Nathan) are all praying for Poppa, your grandma and your entire family. I know from the experience of my mom's accident and her long recovery (paralysis) how much you need the prayers of others to sustain you all. God will see you all through this and heal your Poppa in his time. He will give you all just what you need when you need it and will see Poppa through this difficult time of healing. God Bless You All. You are in our prayers.
